I tried rail booking on 31 July, booking id- NR[protected], my money got deducted and I was assured that full amount will be refunded to my original payment mode within 3-12 days. It's 15th of August and no refund till now. Customer care service is pathetic. No satisfactory reply from their side, when I asked for UTR, the lady named Shweta replied on chat that she will mail me the details on my mail I'd. But I got no mail, my complaint ticket is pending with them but no one is bothered about that. This company make my trip is a fraud. I need my deducted money as fast as possible. And action should be taken against this fraud company for such a discomfort many customers like me are facing. Such a disgusting behaviour. Not tolerate.. Was this information helpful? |
