While i was booking a ticket from bengaluru to raipur on 20th may, 2020 for my brother, my money got deducted but the booking failed.
They are having no option to address such issues on phone, the only way is through email but they are not responding. I sent them emails with screenshot of bank statement and also the chat support provide in the application is also of no use as they are asking for the booking id to proceed which i dont have as booking process failed.
The service is very pathetic and there is no way i could reach out to them. Was this information helpful? |
