MakeMyTrip India — My cash expired

Dear team, I had my wallet cash of rs3250 expired on 12th May during the period of lockdown and travel restricted. This was earned not due to any issues promotions but under my MMt black membership on 11th Feb. The customer care is not reachable for these queries and I have dropped multiple emails to make my trip email I’d but no response from them over these 3-4 months.

How can this be closed without any resolution, make my trip is still not responding and hasn’t refunded.
