MakeMyTrip India — my flight ticket which I had requested to be postponed (keep ticket open) shows it's completed now. | |
My flight was supposed to be on 17th April, 2020. However, due to the ongoing condition I requested makemytrip to "keep my ticket open" on 10th April. I received a mail from them shortly after stating that they've placed a request for the same. However, the app now shows "trip completed". How is that possible?
