I have booked air ticket from make my trip website on dated[protected] from New Delhi to Patna by using my payback redemption of Rs.414 which is get deducted from my Payback Account and Rs.0 discount has been given into my booked tickets. Further I have got a msg from payback that you have redeemed 1656 payback points for your shopping and order number is 1141786. Later I re-quoted my complaint to the Payback team & Make My Trip but the reply was not satisfactory and till dated no progress. Reply From Payback Team was... Dear Member, Greetings from PAYBACK.
