Sirs I just completed my trip Kolkata to Ahmedabad today, 25th Oct 2021. My pre booked sandwiches 2 nos were not served. The cabin crew said it is not mentioned in boarding passes. I am attaching my booking details & boarding passes for reference. Please arrange to refund the amount of Rs 846/- for not serving me the meal I pre booked. Sir
I contacted makeMytrip customer care through phone . They refused to extend the validity of my pre-booked meal coupon and also denied to refund the amount.
Kindly take up the matter with makeMytrip to ensure my refund.
