MakeMyTrip India — No Cost EMI cashback not received from MakeMyTrip

I took the MakeMyTrip Holiday package from Mumbai to Kerala on 4th Dec 2022 to 9th Dec 2022. I used my HDFC credit card to do the payment using the no-cost EMI feature of tenure 6 months. The cashback amount of 5, 980.00 is expected to come from MakeMyTrip which is not yet credited to my original mode of payment which is my HDFC credit card. I have been told that the amount was credited on 16th Nov 2022 to my original mode of payment but when I asked to share the transaction id for the same they haven't responded to me. I have raised a couple of support tickets into their portal but every time they closed it without any communication.
