Purchased the Flight + HOTEL booking from make my trip " Booking ID NP[protected] " for Delhi to BALI and back Have placed the cancellation since 10th of Dec. "No refund yet" Have recordings of how their software is full of issues. Been calling their IVR and still every time a new request is being generated.
