I have been a loyal customer but the problem is that MMT is not providing a platform for me to redress mechanism.
I have been trying to contact MMT regarding my refund status. I cancell d a rescheduled flight which indigo gave me full refund and I received a mail too. MMT has deducted the money and now I have no platform to raise that complaint. I tried their customer care which is all automated replies, I tried their email IDs which have no support, I tried there social media and local branch offices where I got no reply.
