Dear Team, I have booked one Flight ticket from Mumbai to Delhi to 27th Oct . due to any reason transaction was failed i have booked another ticket with new payment. after that i have received transactions fail amount in my wallet on 29th oct. on 9th of Nov i have request for withdraw fund from my wallet to bank account but till date no refund credited into my account. i have called to cc but every time they have told us for next 3 to 5 working days. i need my money today itself.
