As per trailing email notification from Indigo, flight from Aurangabad to Delhi Travel Date January 09, 2022 has been cancelled by operational reasons. PNR FHM2TI.
As per DGCA rules, Airline processed full refund to Makemytrip as per my selection of Plan B for full refund.
Despite multiple phone-requests [Refer Attachment 2 - Reference No.[protected] for discussion with Makemytrip agent Simran on January 27, 2022, still the refund has not been processed. Today I make the phone call, however, it is being disconnected by makemytrip agent.
I request consumer forum to help process my refund amount from makemytrip [refund enquiry for the booking ID NF2EFBLNYVQHVMKD9630 at makemytrip] at the earliest.
I further request a huge penalty of maximum possible amount to be levied on makemytrip for this unethical behavior.
Please do needful and process refund through Makemytrip asap.
