[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — No refund received at my bank transaction nf[protected] | |
I tried to book a flight on 25/ 07 /2016, the booking failed but amount got deducted . ( transaction nf[protected] I received a sms saying the amount has been sent back to my bank and will hit my account in 3 to 5 days . The amount has not reached my account still after 1 month and 10 days. I have been calling your call center for a ARN number, which is needed by my bank to trace the refund transaction. The call center is not able to provide the ARN number so far Was this information helpful? | |
