[Resolved] Makemytrip India — no transparency in refunds

Inspite of telling me before cancellation that i am entitled to a refund, the company is refusing to pay the same upon cancellation. On subsequent complaints again reassuring with a promise in an email that i am eligible for a refund, they reply back again on following up that there will be none. When i again ask for a receipt, they fail to provide one. No transparency in communication, faulty services offered
