MakeMyTrip India — Non-Availability of Personnel Over Phone for Cancellation Services Not Covered in Website | |
I booked Airline tickets through Make Mytrip Website bearing reference No. NF[protected] on November 20, 2020. The Return Flight G8 286 was having ETD of 02:00PM. The GO airline on its own changed the Flight to G8 285 with New Departure Timings of 08:05PM with an intimation email. In this pandemic times, with family its Next to Impossible to roam outside. This forced us to Cancel Even the Onward Air tickets as Hotel Cant Extend Our Stay by 6 Hours. This is a very specific case and The MakeMyTrip Website has No Option to Handle it. Moreover, the Airline states that we should contact the Agent (which is MakeMyTrip) for refunds/cancellation. The MakeMyTrip Call Centre (Help Line) Has No Human (Personnel) to Handle this type of Cases and Even No Proper Email to Put Your Queries for Resolutions. The Complain/Suggestion Link is Not Working. This is HARASSMENT and DEFICIENCY OF Services by Make My Trip. I cancelled the complete Itinerary and a very meager amount refunded. This is absolutely Not Acceptable and Expect MakeMyTrip to Initiate Full Refund of my Itinerary without any Delay. They cannot wash their hands by passing the buck on airline.
