[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Non refund amount & no response

Package booked by mr shiv nageem parmar, refund request raised by - mr. Robinson jha.

I have raised a request of cancellation of my trip on september 22nd 2016 and i have got my money refund yet. I have called more than 20 times and the customer support says that they will check and call back but no call, even tried reaching robinson and shiv but no result.

This is very annoying and as a customer i would never like to use make my trip for any of my travel.

I will be filing a legal case against your company by eod if my money is not refunded to my account by 10/07/2016- 7th october 2016.

Either it should be prioritize and my money should be refunded back.

Your costumer support executives are horrible they don't know to behave, you are harassing the costumers.

Its our money in which u are paid your business would haven't be survived without costumer.

I need a immediate solution.

In reference to your complaint regarding the refund, as per our telephonic conversation please note that the refund of INR 18, 417/- has been initiated on 08th Oct16 with RRN number#[protected] for INR 10, 000/- and RRN number#[protected] for INR 8, 417/-.
Hence we request you to check with your respective bank with RRN numbers to trace the refund amount.
Kindly do let us know once the refund received by you.
