MakeMyTrip India — Non-refund of Cancelled airticket during lockdown period.

I want to draw your kind attention that go airlines ltd. had issued a credit note amounting to Rs.7200/-, the mail is forwarded to you for your ready reference, issued on 21.09.2020 but still now I have not received the amount from the makemytrip.com. They are not paying the money after repeated mail from my end. I would, therefore, request you kindly take necessary action against makemytrip.com, so that I can get the money at the earliest. The Tax Invoice is attached herewith & the Credit Note copy is attached herewith for your ready reference.
