1. I had booked tickets online on Make my Trip. While paying for the selected the payment got deducted twice, but seats were not booked. I had written to both ICICI bank and Make my Trip.
2. ICICI Bank responded with the details as attached herewith. However, Make My Trip is not responding despite numerous reminders on email.
3. The details shared by ICICI is as under.
