On 8th Oct 2022, booked two flight tickets - one from Delhi to Pune and another from Mumbai to Delhi.
Money got deducted twice for both the tickets while showing onr transaction each as failed.
Earlier they were showing 4 failed transaction in "my trips" but once I raised complaint to MMT along with my bank statements, they stopped showing any failed transaction.
Now I got one refund of of Rs 5196/- but there is no intimation on refund of Rs. 3843/-.
They have not provided any mail or phone number to follow up the issue.
Thei Gurgaon Fixed line numbers also dont give any option to speak to customer care executive.
