With reference to booking id nf[protected], flights were cancelled by airline and it was intimated that ticket amount was transferred to credit shell which can be utilised further.
While making fresh booking that credit shell amount was no where reflected in mmt website and no link is provided to utilize that amount.
Hence gone for ticket refund, where refund was processed for rs. 3236/- against rs. 12965/- spent.
Mmt is unresponsive to clarify on what grounds full refund was denied when flights were cancelled by airlines (Messages provided) and there are strict government directives for processing the refund for flights cancelled due to covid-19.
