I have booked train ticket on 27/09/2016 from Bangalore to shimoga, Booking ID NR[protected] dated 27/09/2016, my booking was unsuccessful, immediately got msg from make my trip refundable ID[protected] will be credit my account with in 3 days, but after so many followup with make my trip customer care through email n calls & with bank people along with my bank statement not yet received my amount of Rs.430.21. please consider my application and do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 18, 2016 MakeMyTrip India Customer Care's response Greetings from MakeMyTrip!!!We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Further, in reference to your complaint, please be advised that we have validated this case at our end and found that on 26-Sep-16 while making a rail booking an amount of Inr 430/- was charged from customer’s account but the booking did not get confirmed. Also, on the same day of transaction, full refund has been processed from our end on automation. The same should reflect in your account as per your bank processing cycle. If in case your refund is still not reflecting in your account, request you to please share the below mentioned ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) with your bank. Bank would be able to trace this transaction with the help of this number.
