I have booked hotel Rock Regency in Mount Abu with booking ID NH[protected]. Check in date was 24.03.2019. As i need to leave early to Ahmedabad, we woke up early at 5.30 AM. But hot water was not available in hotel. When i asked the reception for hot water, he informed me that hot water will be available after 6.45 AM only. Generally all hill station are cold, so 24x7 hot water required. So we 7 people departed without bath and checked out at 6 AM on 25th morning.
At 6 AM, i did not feel to call MMT customer care. So I called MMT castomer care at 12.22 PM for registering the complain regarding the problem. At that time one madam was online and she informed me that she will call me before evening. But i did not received any reply from MMT.
I waited up to 26th evening. Then on 27th morning at 06.08 AM, i have again called to MMT and talked with supervisor. He informed me that i will call you by today.
Then after i have not received any reply.
Again at 9.18 PM, i called to MMT and they told me that we can provide future travel voucher of Rs 1000.
Because i am not satisfied with 3rd class services of MMT, not getting resolution after more than 72 hours of complain, now i am registering this complain on consumer forum.
MMT is unable to resolve customers issue and doing cheating with customers.
It is necessary to take strict actions again MMT
