[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — not getting the refund for cancelled ticket

I have booked one holiday (Singapore and bali) with makemytrip and had cancelled one ticket from singapore to new delhi and it was refunded by indigo on 7th dec'18 and refund amount was 10882 but mmt refunded me 4500 in feb and rest amount is still unpaid. I am following up from last 2 months on the same and daily they use to say that team is not responding or they are working on issue.

Email from indigo : with reference to your email, we would like to inform you that under the booking reference number/pnr slrfmh, an amount of inr 10, 882 has been processed on 7th december 2018 as refund to the same agency account which was originally used at the time of booking.
