We had made a booking with MMT for a trip to Srinagar with a package of 2.28lacs. booking id NL[protected]. We made a initial payment of 23000. 2 days back we got a call from MMT informing us that the airline in the package has cancelled our tickets due to internal issue. Now MMT is asking us to pay for new flights or take cancellation fee of 15000. Why should we be penalized for a fault of airline ??? If we have made a booking thru MMT then MMT needs to resolve our issue not punish us by asking us to pay more money than the package. I would suggest everyone to not book a package thru MMT as their policies are not transparent and not at all consumer friendly. Incase of any issue you will only lose your money MMT will not take any responsibility. Please think 100 times before booking a package with MMT. We had the most pathetic experience with MMT and we would recommend others to not use their services. Phone no [protected].
