I had booked tickets dubai to India and retrun before covid-19 situation. Due to covid-19 booking id "NN[protected]" was cancelled by airlines which is eligible for full refund and booking id "NN[protected]" which I cancelled. Both tickets are not refunded and they put a message on my portal saying that they issued a credit vouchers and I can use it for next booking. When I tried to book new trip, I couldn't see any voucher or any option using it. I tried all the ways to connect the customer executive, but diverting to different departments and result nothing.
