I have been trying to contact mmt since june2020 but they give a link or the chat and calls are answered via telemechanic.
As there is no customer care who is attending calls or chat or email reply, i feel the company is cheating

Updated by nathsabari I had booked a round trip flight from Mumbai to SFO(USA) and back, however due to COVID the flight from SFO to Mumbai was cancelled & British airlines confirmed via mail they have issued full refund and make my trip (MMT) to be contacted for applicable refund. Since JUN2020, MMT dose not respond vial chat, calls or via mail.
finally they confirmed via mail on 14sep2020, that they will initiated full refund o[censored]n-utilized sector & refund information will be auto updated & processed once received from the airlines, however I haven't received the same after 30days from the mail send date.
The company is irresponsible and doesn't respond to mails, chat or calls. Hence I would like to file a complaint to get a full refund at the earliest
