I have been using HDFC credit card services for past few years, My current credit card number is [protected]
Few month back I have updated my credit card. And my old credit card ends with 4221.
I have booked the air ticket through using my previous hdfc credit card. On 25th september 2020. Due to corono, From March 2020 to May 2020, all the flight had been cancelled and i have got my refund amount to make my trip wallet. I have made the request of changing the wallet amount to original payment method on 22 January 2021. But still I didn't receieve the amount to my credit card.
Below is the message I received from make my trip, when i enquired about the refund:
As checked we have already processed 178+7594 inr already and the ARN numbers are [protected] / ONUS CREDIT EMI Please check with your bank if you have not received .please share your bank statement with us so that we can assist you further .
