I booked a round trip taxi in makemytrip from bangalore to mysore and return. The driver dropped us to the destination in the afternoon. When we call the driver in the evening for sight seeing, the driver said that he already on the way back to bangalore. He left us without informing us even though we had booked a round trip. We raised complaint with makemytrip but no response even after 6 days. The driver even took 2.5 k from us while traveling for fuel. No action taken till now Was this information helpful? | |
