I have already called your customer service and logged a complaint on 4th june 2018. Still waiting for a refund of the overcharged amount of rs 6875/-. While speaking to your adviser while making the date change, they said that the cost of the ticket had gone up and charged me an additional rs.6875/- in addition to the date change fees. When i inquired about the cost of the ticket they adviser told me that she did not know the exact cost but the cost had gone up and told me to pay the additional amount. I did not receive any receipt or ticket from make my trip. I received a ticket from the airlines for rs 5172/-, which was the same as the fare paid at the initial booking. So, i should have been charged only the date change penalty and not any fare difference.
After logging the complaint, i have not received any response about the overcharged amount. I only got calls to extend the time for investigation. The last call i got was on the 13th of june 2018. After this there has been no call and no response to any of my mails.
Extremely disappointed by the quality of service from a company we trusted to make all of our airline bookings. This one was for my mom who is a senior citizen and had come to muscat to recover from her illness. Will not be able to trust the company any more.
