[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — paid for two booked rooms, but have only one room, no refund given | |
Sir i booked online in make my trip for two ac rooms in ark (Inn) residency, kumbakonam, on 26th september 2017 at 6.47pm. I paid the money at the same time as i booked. I paid an total amount of rs.3864 online. When i reached there the hotel manager had an receipt from make my trip stating that i have booked for only one room. I need an refund for the room that i have not used.

Also, the booking confirmation mail which we have sent to hotel has 2 rooms’ details. Since there was no fault at our end, we regretfully deny for any refund against your hotel booking..
