Sir i booked online in make my trip for two ac rooms in ark (Inn) residency, kumbakonam, on 26th september 2017 at 6.47pm. I paid the money at the same time as i booked. I paid an total amount of rs.3864 online. When i reached there the hotel manager had an receipt from make my trip stating that i have booked for only one room. Please accept our sincere apologies for delay in response and the inconvenience caused. In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that the booking was confirmed for two rooms only. The Hotelier voucher available at our end have details for two rooms only. Also, the booking confirmation mail which we have sent to hotel has 2 rooms’ details. Since there was no fault at our end, we regretfully deny for any refund against your hotel booking.. We once again apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for writing to us. I contacted your customer care. but there was no response. The hotel manager also called your company staff and spoke.
