MakeMyTrip India — Pathetic customer service | |||
While trying to book a flight from chennai to bangalore, the website does not provide enough information on whether the flight time is AM or PM. When we contact customer service, they re-direct us to the airlines and the airline redirect us to makemytrip. To add to the calls, makemytrip has issues with their website of not being able to pull up records and mention they need 3 hours to get their systems to start working. Further, the customer service mentions that it was our mistake and their website has not issue at all. Is this how makemytrip treat their customer? Would anyone want to book flights from a website who's customer service has no understanding of a customer's issue? Then why demand for a customer feedback when you are not going to satisfy the customer's requests? Was this information helpful? | |||
