MakeMyTrip India — Payment error that time of booking , but payment detect till no refund

I book New Delhi to Chennai at 17 Aug 21. Travel date 01 Nov 21. First time payment that time error, then again I pay ticket booked. First time error pay detection for my account. Till date not received. Login app mob no - [protected], mail - [protected]@gmail.com
