MakeMyTrip India — Payment made twice but no refund

I booked train ticket for my journey from Bombay to jaipur. While I was making the payment the screen froze and the money was deducted. I had to pay again to book the tickets. Please I need my refund.

Did you get refunded Mohit? I am suffering from the issue and the poor communication ecosystem of MakeMyTrip is harassing.
