MakeMyTrip India — Payment not received for wrong cancellation | |
Issue 1 : For my BLR-SXR flight on April 21st, I had cancelled 4 out of 18 tickets for which I have not received the refund of Rs9604 yet. I have received the below messages from MakeMyTrip 20 April Message Cancellation for MakeMyTrip Booking ID IN1B[protected] is successful. We would initiate a refund of INR 9604, once we receive the refund from the airlines*. Timelines for refund are dependent on your bank/card/wallet provider. Thank you.Team MMT. 17 May Message : Cancellation for MakeMyTrip Booking ID IN1B[protected] is successful. We would initiate a refund of INR 4270, once we receive the refund from the airlines*. Timelines for refund are dependent on your bank/card/wallet provider. Thank you.Team MMT. Why is there a change of amount from what was agreed during cancellation. Issue 2: For my BLR-SXR flight on April 21, I had cancelled 4 out of 18 tickets, in which there was a wrong ticket cancelled. Requested for cancelling below 4 tickets 1. MR SHIVAPRAKASH R 2. MR PRASANNA KUMAR H R 3. MR SRINIVAS R 4. MR RAVIKUMAR K But Cancellation was made for below: 1. MR KUMAR G 2. MR PRASANNA KUMAR H R 3. MR SRINIVAS R 4.
