MakeMyTrip India — Payment not received in bank

I booked a flight before the pandemic. Due to the pandemic, the flight was canceled and I received a refund in my wallet. I have transferred my wallet money to the bank on 22nd Nov 2020 but I didn't receive it yet. I have tried many times to call customer care but there is no option to talk with the executive.
