Booking id nc[protected] I had booked a cab for 11dec for 9am. Cab arriaved around 1 and half hour late. We were 5 and was ready to adjust. Even makemy trip support tried to convince driver but he didnot agreed and left. Make my trip did not sent another cab and didnot even refund my money rs. 2169/-. Even my jacket left in cab. Please be noted that as we have checked the complete details and found that you booked the cab for 4 people and you were trying to adjust 5 people for the cab, for which driver denied because of challan issue. Moreover as per vendor they denied for 5 people in 4 seater car. Hence we humbly regret that no refund is possible for the booking. It's right that we were 5 people and was ready to adjust but Make my trip support team was also okay with that and were trying to convince driver.
Later on, He denied duty and left. I was not offered any other cab even and there was no money refund which is not right. I had made full payment in advance considering your brand value and in response, i missed my office(full day leave), on airport for 4 hours waiting for your service.
I should get refund of money if i have not been provided service, simple.
