[Resolved] Makemytrip India — policy - i'm being charged for which was not in the policy

Hello, i'm raviraj from hyderabad, i booked flight tickets on mmt, the policy stated that they will charge for date change and not for time change, when i contacted mmt customer care, they were not responding but cut my call most of the times. Please take reasonable action and i want justice for this.
Mmt does not care for customers and does not give hear to customer voice
