MakeMyTrip India — Promise not fulfilled

I have booking yesterday ticket from makemytrip and they deducted payment from my credit card but didn't send booking details. When i went to airline website they ask us to check with agent since there is no booking available with this name or requested PNR no to check which is also not available in booking with Makemytrip. When i called makemytrip for this instances they simply told that booking not done and we will refund to your account. They are simply pathetic. they will never obey orders for client. The price of the flight get increased to 20% due to Eid al Adha holiday. there services are pathetic and never trust this company. If you want to simply park your money without interest for 15 days then go for it but they didn't promise for any bookings. I trapped so i will raise this to consumer department UAE & India so others be alert. Beware of fraudsters.
