[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Rail booking | |||||
Dear concern.. I had two rail bookings which are automatically cancelled due to waiting time. As per makemytrip term and conditions, the amount must be refundable in 3 working days but from last 60+ days to till date i did not get my refund. Very bad service. Makemytrip booking id nr[protected] on dated 09/june/2016 And Makemytrip booking id nr[protected] on dated 11/june/2016 I thought makemytrip is the best brand regarding travel booking arrangements but i was mistaken. Verified Support Aug 26, 2016 MakeMyTrip India Customer Care's response Dear murphychdAt the outset, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that your amount of INR 1080 is already updated on 03 July 2016 against the booking id: NR[protected] with Refund Reference Number[protected]. Second, we would like to inform you that status of your booking is unconfirmed and we have processed the refund from our end on 11 June 2016 of INR 1054.47 against Booking Id: NR[protected] with Refund Reference Number[protected]. We request you to contact with your concerned bank by providing them the Refund Reference Number for both bookings. If you will not get the amount so kindly share the Bank statement in PDF from 11 June to till date.
