MakeMyTrip India — railway ticket booking | |
I booked tickets from mmt on 11 sep 2019 but it got failed 2 times. I asked the customer care so many times but they always comes with an excuse that the money has been refunded but i have not got any refund since 11 sep 2019. I contacted my bank but they also have not recieved any money from mmt. So i am not sure where is my money disabled in between bank and mmt. I have to go consumer court and rbi to complaint against mmt and my bank.
