[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — receipt (bill) against payment not issued | |
I made a hotel reservation at delhi airport with booking id-in 1711bos4530590 in taurus hotel & convention, near the airport on november 6, 2017 from your counter at the airport. I paid irs 3, 500.00 cash for the reservation of hotel and was given hotel confirmation voucher and informed cash receipt to be taken from the hotel. As it was late night and had to leave early in the morning, the hotel receptionist was confused and could not issue the bill (Receipt) and informed, they issue no bills or receipt on booking from make my trip. Hence would like to request you to issue a cash receipt / bill for the hotel reservation and mail it. I really will appreciate your cooperation. Thanking you. Sunanda b.
