[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — recent booking | |||
So the first thing is that the roof of the hotel was leaking and the water kept on dripping the whole night to which we informed the staff but nothing was done. Secondly you guys at mmt had two types of room, i specially booked the second type room which had garden view added in it for which i paid extra. But upon reaching the hotel we found out that in the name of view they have just placed a big picture of garden instead, in other they are creating a false option. Upon asking they said that they only have this type of room. And also on your website it was not mentioned weather its a picture or an actual garden. I am totally disappointed by this stay as also it was my first experience with mmt which has just dripped. Was this information helpful? | |||
