This is with reference to booking ID NH[protected] and cancellation number IN1612R9S2733138. It is surprising to see that it's been more than ten days now and the refund amount has still not been refunded. The customer care says it will be done and has no clue what to say beyond that. When will it be done? They say they have "processed". Now "processed" is a very clever and vague term. They think we are fools. How much time does it take to refund an amount in 21st century? I am surprised at such irresponsibility. MakeMyTrip has completely taken away the trust factor from me as a customer. Was this information helpful? | |
