MakeMyTrip India — Refund against cancellation of Flight tickets

My Jaipur to Jaisalmer flight on 19th. Jan. 2022 was rescheduled by Spice Jet Airlines. I cancelled the tickets & Airlines confirmed 100% refund & no cancellation charge since flight was re-scheduled by Airlines only. But Make My Trip through whom I booked the tickets has deducted Convenience fees & the remaining amount was kept in their My Cash but I clearly mentioned that full amount should be refunded where from the tickets were booked.
