In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concern department and found that on 30-Jan-16 an amount of Inr 10716/- was debited from customer’s account but the booking did not get confirm, please be advised that we have already initiated a refund of Inr 10, 656/- on 2-Feb-16 and balance refund of Inr 60/- on 12-Feb-16 with transaction number# IdZANUXJG6KP7K88LK0D2KN. The same should now be reflecting in your account. If in case same is still not reflecting in your account request you to please share your bank statement since 30-Jan-16 to till date so that we can validate this with your bank.
