[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund amount not returned as promised | |||||
Hi, I had made a holiday booking from make my trip which i cancelled it as I could not travel due to unavoidable situation. Cancellation Processed Date: 24th Nov. 2015 Expected Refund Date: 3rd Dec. 2015 Refund Amount: 36473/- INR Booking id NL[protected]. The expected refund amount was 36473 but they have returned only 7942 rs as seen on my credit card statement.Total package was of 43000 from which only flight charges were to be deducted and rest amount needed to be refunded.
