Hi. 08/09/17 i had book a ticket from tuticorin to chennai for 29/09/17 for booking was failed but my money was debited from my account rs. 803.78 and i did not get yet any refund in my account. Amount in your account will reflect in up to 3 working days in case your issuer bank is private or sbi, else may take up to 12 working days in case of other nationalized banks or until your next billing cycle. Makemytrip unfortunately has no influence on these timescales post refund is processed. However, in case the refund does not reflect in your account by 11 sep 2017, please click here to submit your complaint. We will be pleased to follow up with the concerned bank to assist. Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that, the booking has got failed initially but the amount of Inr 803.78/- was charged on 08-sep-17 and on the same date we have initiated full refund from our end. The same should now be reflecting in your account. If in case is it still not reflecting, request you to please check with your bank and if they deny for the same then, raise a dispute with them.
