MakeMyTrip India — Refund complaint logged on website as well as on FB but they are no responding

Refund complaint logged on website as well as on FB but they are not responding now . Completely unprofessional approach from make my trip as I am trying to get refund from last one year but now they are not responding.Even when I escalate the issue to next level in website after few day they revert it back to previous stage i.e they are not escalating the issue also.
