MakeMyTrip India — Refund failed bank details option not work

My flight booking ID NF[protected] AMD-CCU was cancelled on 6th March 2021.
Then Makemytrip also sent a mail to me that a refund is in progress. but some days later another mail sent from your side that due to some technical issue refund was not done. Then you give a link to provide bank details. That's Where problems start I repeatedly click the link but shows something went wrong please
try again later. My refund amount is Rs. 3856.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible to get my refund back.
