Dear sir/madam,
I am hemaraj sivaprakasam, i made a flight booking in make my trip, i made mistake in booking kuala lumpur to chennai instead of chennai to kuala lumpur on 23rd january 2019 on 12th november 2018 at 7pm. And i spoke to make my trip customer care and i advised to book new booking within today as chennai to kuala lumpur for that 5 passenger so that make my trip will give me refund money. He told me to give both booking id so that i will get void service. As i did same way as make my trip customer care person told.
First booking id (Issue): kuala lumpur to chennai is nn[protected]
Second booking id (Re booked): chennai to kuala lumpur is nn[protected]
I attached all the recording of what i spoken to make my trip team.
And after i did 2nd booking from chennai to kuala lumpur i informed to make my trip team he promised that if first person said so, then definitely money will be credited in your account. That call recording also attached.
Please rectify my issue and refund my money as early as possible.
