We booked a holiday package to Singapore dated 28/02/2020 we have paid the advance amount of Rs.2, 20, 000/-, but due to COVID-19, all packages were canceled on 22/02/2020. we have approached the company to refund our advance amount many times. but no response was found so we are going to the complaint, if we don't get any response in 15 days we forcefully have write to the PMO office or to move the Consumer forum Was this information helpful? |
